Please be aware of our cancellation policy prior to booking. You must ensure payment is made 8hrs before a session begins to avoid it being cancelled or rescheduled.
If you would like to cancel/reschedule a session you need to contact Minnah at least 8h before the session, otherwise your session is subject to being cancelled and will not be refunded. Furthermore, if you don't contact Minnah or Easy7 at least 2h before the originally scheduled session, you will be subject to a 12.50 GBP fee.
